The World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Health Commission Office (NHCO) reaffirmed their strong partnership in advancing inclusive, equitable and people-centered health systems in Thailand and beyond.
During a recent visit to NHCO, Dr Ailan Li, WHO Representative to Thailand and her team was warmly received by Dr Suthep Petchmark, Secretary-General of NHCO and senior officials and advisors of NHCO. As part of the visit, the WHO team enjoyed the opportunity to explore the National Archives of Public Health, gaining valuable insights into Thailand’s rich history of health governance and the role of spirituality in health and well-being.
